POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

If one of our shows is sold out, walk-ins may wait to see if seats become available. Ticket holders who are not present before 7:30 pm, or when the show starts, may lose their paid seats to the waiting walk-ins.

If you have paid for a ticket and lose your seat under these circumstances, we can reschedule you to another performance.
