Policies and Procedures

***In a sold out situation at the theater, we usually get walk-ins, which are willing to wait to see if someone doesn't show up.   If a patron has purchased a ticket or tickets, and have not shown up before 7:30 pm, or when we start the show,  they may lose those paid tickets to the waiting walk ins.   If they show up late, we can re-schedule their tickets.
